面接以外の部分は10年くらい前からむちゃくちゃ進化してる。
各社の工夫を凝らした採用情報サイト、
手の込んだエントリーシート、
SPI試験やらGD選考やら…

ただ、最後の面接だけは全く変わらない。
Web上でエントリーシートが提出できる企業でも、
面接までに手書きの履歴書を要求してくることがほとんど。
結局、採用活動なんて旧来通りの面接をしてみなきゃ何も判断できないわけで、
それ以外のプロセスはリクルート社の金儲けの為に踊らされてるに過ぎない。
